HO Gauge - Scale 87:1 - Lima
Lima, produced Class 33s for a short time in the 1970s. Unfortunately they caved in to the OO lobby, and the model was replaced with an OO version. Available in Green as D6506, BR Blue as D6524 (2 versions light blue and dark blue), and CIE Orange and Black. Early models had continental style loop and hook couplers, later ones had OO style couplings.

Lima, have produced Class 33 since the late 1970s. Many different liveries from BR Original Green through to DRS Blue have been depicted. There are six basic versions, original 33/0 (cab top not great, and no differentiation of early and later roofs), updated 33/0 with early roof, updated 33/0 with later roof, 33/1, 33/2 with early roof, and 33/2 with later roof. The numbering of the models may be 4 or 5 digit, if the last digit is 1, it is generally ignored and listed with 4 digits.

O Gauge - Scale 43:1 - Lima
Lima have made Class 33s in O gauge since 1977. The liveries carried were BR Green as D6506, BR Blue as D6524, and Railfreight Construction 33050. Unfortunately the bogie is completely inaccurate.
The picture below shows what can be achieved. It belongs to Michael F. Plunkett, and was converted from a Lima O gauge D6506 by his nephew. It has a new motor, gears, bogies and other detailing.

These kits for a 33/0, and a 33/2 were released by Bowaters Models in 2021.
Larger Scales
There are scales larger than 1 Gauge, such as 3 Gauge (22.6:1 scale running on 2½" track), 3½" Gauge, and 5" Gauge. There are no known Class 33 RTR or kits in these scales, but people do build their own.
These models of 33008 and 33047 were built by Craig Galvin, and when fully complete will be running at a club at Normanby Hall, North Lincolnshire
